Fast Food – Many fast food such as burgers, nachos, French fries have a high fat content that’s very bad for you and they’re extremely high in calories with hardly any healthful ingredients.

Fried Foods – Fried foods are extremely famous for being bad for you. These foods are usually quite high in fat and if they’re made out of breading you also have a food that’s high in carbohydrates.

Soda Drinks – Soda drinks are high in sodium, sugar and calories with no nutritional value in any way.

High Sugar Cereals – These are high in sugar and carbohydrates. They increase your blood sugar and cause your body to store fat.

Whole Milk – Although the calcium in milk is good for you, whole milk has a very high fat content, which will put fat in your body.

Gravy – Gravy is high in carbohydrates and fat as well as very high in calories.

Breads – Breads made with refined flour are high in carbohydrates and fat.

Sour cream – is great for you but it comprises a whole lot of fat you should always try to purchase the fat free version of it.

Mayonnaise – Regular mayonnaise has lots of fat in it, so choose the light or fat free versions instead.

So watch the gourmet coffee consumption.

You may improve your odds of dieting success by substituting these kinds of meals with low calorie and low fat alternatives.
